Chamberlain is student-driven: you secure your own preceptor, nominate the site in Typhon, and clear CastleBranch before a practicum course will open — and the school’s Practicum Commitment only assists after three documented denials. We run that whole process for you instead.

We source a licensed preceptor whose scope matches your practicum, sign the affiliation agreement, and file Typhon.

Log your visits while we track sign-offs and CastleBranch to the full requirement, and step in if anything stalls.
The Typhon & CastleBranch flow we handle
A site has to be approved before your hours count. We sign the affiliation agreement, file your Typhon nomination, and clear CastleBranch (background check, drug screen, immunizations) inside the window your site requires — so your placement is approved on the first submission, not the third.

Chamberlain’s Experiential Learning Team helps locate alternatives only after you document three formal denials. That is a real safety net, but it engages late, when a term may already be at risk. We work the search from the start so you never have to count denials.
